Have you ever wondered what happens to your order after you hit the 'purchase' button? Let me take you on a little journey, packing artwork for shipping.
There’s something really special about seeing an order come through. It feels like the start of a new adventure. I love imagining where your print will hang and the joy it will bring. I love the anticipation of sharing my art with you, and I want to make sure your print arrives safely and beautifully presented.
As soon as your order pings through to my inbox, I head to my little packing station in the studio. It's here where the magic begins. For smaller prints, I carefully package them flat in sturdy cardboard.
Larger pieces get the VIP treatment – rolled up and protected in a sturdy tube. Each piece is wrapped with care, ensuring it's safe for its adventure. I'm committed to using eco-friendly materials wherever possible, so you'll find your print packaged in recycled cardboard and secured with paper tape.
I use biodegradable cellophane and recycled mountboard to protect your artwork without plastic. I encourage you to reuse the cardboard packaging once your print has arrived.
To add a personal touch, I include a little piece of tissue paper, a handwritten note, and a postcard. It's the small details that make all the difference, and I want you to feel the love and care that goes into every order.
Once everything is packed to perfection, it's off to the post office. I offer free standard delivery on orders over £15, but you can also upgrade to first class or tracked delivery for a small fee. I'm happy to ship worldwide, so no matter where you are, your art is on its way to you.
I take great pride in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. However, I understand that things can happen during transit. If your print arrives damaged, please get in touch. I'm here to help and make things right.
I also offer a no-quibble returns policy. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. Your satisfaction is my top priority.
I'm thrilled to share some lovely feedback from a recent customer, Cath
Clare’s art is wonderful - vibrant, unique, and beautiful. Ordering from her was a doddle and my order (Affirmations Deck) turned up really quickly. It’s even nicer in person than it looked on the website - I’d definitely consider buying more of her work as gifts in future. Thanks Clare!
It's feedback like this that keeps me going. Knowing that my customers are happy makes every part of the process worthwhile.
Thank you for choosing to support a small business. I’m committed to providing you with a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
