This original linocut print, "Delphinium," is a beautiful study of line and colour. It's part of my ongoing "flower of the month" project for 2025. Hand-carved and hand-printed by me, this piece is created on a lovely blue paper with layers of colour on it, including a warm yellow ochre backdrop. The calm blue and gentle ochre tones come together to create a really cosy and welcoming feel, bringing a sense of home and warmth to the elegant delphinium flower.
 
The delphinium symbolises cheerfulness, goodwill, and new opportunities. It is also one of the birth flowers for July, making this print a wonderful gift for anyone born in that month or welcoming a positive change.
