POSTAGE INFORMATION AND POLICIES
I offer free shipping in the UK for all orders, the price you see on the website is the price you will pay with no surprises at the checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 3 days of your order through Royal Mail (in the UK) Orders are handmade and posted from Derby in the UK. (with the exception of homeware and accessories, see below for details)
It is important to me that you receive your artwork in good condition and that it is a joy to unwrap, even after the bumpiest of journeys. Every care is taken to protect your handmade artwork.
Prints up to A3 in size are shipped flat with a piece of acid-free card to protect your artwork. Larger prints are rolled and sent in a postal tube, these will need to be flattened out on arrival. Most work is sold with biodegradable cellophane as I phase out the use of traditional wrapping, and all printed cards are delivered 'naked' wrapped in tissue.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
It is important to me that you love your purchase, It should be something that makes you feel good and brings joy. Please feel free to have a good look at your item as you would in a store and be reassured that I offer a 14 day no fuss no questions asked return’s policy on all items. (excluding custom made orders)
If you contact me email@example.com within 14 days of it arriving with you to let me know that you will be returning the item, then make sure it is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Please make sure you save the original packaging so that it can be returned in good condition to the address below:

Please make sure you get proof of postage when returning your item, and pack it as carefully as it arrived. You will be responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact me as soon as possible and I will issue a full refund as long as the order hasn’t been shipped. Unfortunately, once it has been shipped It will be subject to the returns policy above.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, don’t worry I will do my best to resolve this for you. Please hold onto the work, take photos of the damaged packaging and items and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will make sure that you receive a replacement or a full refund.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU THINK YOUR ITEM IS LOST IN THE POST?
Sometimes the post is a little slower than expected, especially around the holidays and with new safety measures being put in place in response to Covid-19. Most items will turn up within 2 weeks in the UK or 4 weeks outside the UK but if yours hasn’t please do get in touch and I will investigate.
A NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
These will be dispatched within 3 days. (aside from homeware and accessories, see additional details below)
Please be aware that there might be additional import taxes applied to shipments outside of the UK. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are calculated using the full monetary value of each item. Please be aware of these before placing your order.
In order to secure your order payment is taken securely at checkout through PayPal or via credit card. I use SSL secure shopping so your data is secure.
Once goods have been returned and inspected, a refund will be issued to the same payment account that was used at the checkout. The refund will be processed immediately, but please be aware that bank processing times may vary so it may be a bit slower to arrive in your account.
A NOTE ABOUT HANDMADE
The beauty of printmaking is that each piece is an original work of art, every print in an edition has its own unique set of characteristics with slight variations in colour, texture and detail.
I always do my best to show the work as true to life as possible and describe each one as accurately as possible but please be aware that colours may vary depending on monitor settings.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR ARTWORK
Framing is recommended to look after your artwork, avoid displaying it in areas of high humidity. A mount is recommended to keep some distance between the print and glass and avoid contact with acidic surfaces.
If work is to be stored for an extended period of time wrapping it in acid-free tissue paper will help preserve the art.

HOMEWARE AND ACCESSORIES
I am pleased to be able to offer custom made orders for homeware and accessories, these are not sent from my studio but are created through a trusted supplier. Please read below for information regarding these products.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
I work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide! UK orders ship from within the EU.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS ON MY ORDER?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
MY ORDER ISNT HERE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
HOW ARE THESE PRODUCTS MADE?
I work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

MY PRODUCT IS INCORRECT OR DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
